Go Valet Detailing is a professional mobile valeting, detailing, and exterior cleaning service operating across Stevenage and within a 25-mile radius.
Service Area Policy
We operate across Stevenage and within a 25-mile radius. A £10 travel surcharge will be added for Bronze Package bookings for locations 15 miles or more from Stevenage. We reserve the right to refuse bookings outside our operating area.
Booking Policy
Bookings can be made through phone, WhatsApp, social media, or the website. Appointments are confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team. Same-day bookings are subject to availability. Customers must provide accurate address details, access to the vehicle, and safe working conditions.
Payment Policy
Payment is due immediately after completion of service unless agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted methods: Cash, Bank transfer, Card payment. Commercial clients may receive invoice terms where agreed.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in fees, loss of deposits, or refusal of future bookings. We reserve the right to cancel due to severe weather, equipment failure, or unsafe conditions.
Promotional Offers & Promo Codes
Promo codes are single-use per customer. Misuse, sharing, or repeated use of promo codes will result in the discount being void and may result in refusal of service. Proof of eligibility (e.g. Google review screenshot, referral confirmation) may be requested before discounts are applied. Go Valet Detailing reserves the right to withdraw or modify any offer at any time.
Vehicle Cleaning Policy
Customers are responsible for removing valuables before service. Go Valet Detailing is not responsible for lost items, pre-existing damage, faulty trims, weak paintwork, or wear and tear. Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled vehicles (pet hair, mould, biohazards, excessive staining).
Driveway & Patio Cleaning
Customers must ensure clear access and water supply where required. We are not responsible for loose paving, cracked surfaces, weak pointing, or pre-existing damage. Pressure washing may reveal damage hidden by dirt or moss.
Satisfaction & Pricing
If there is an issue, contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. Prices listed are starting prices and may vary by vehicle size, condition, soiling level, and distance. By booking any service with Go Valet Detailing, customers agree to these terms.
